Note :- To be on the safer side, update your radio and bootloader to the latest included in the factory images.

Download all the zips from both Addons and Rom

Place the zips in your SD card

Boot into Recovery

Wipe Data,Cache,System and Dalvik

Flash Veneno.zip

Flash SuperSu.zip from the Addons folder

Bootup the ROM

Reboot into recovery again

Flash Ambient_Display.zip (Optional - only if you want Ambient display)

Flash update.zip

Reboot

Reboot into recovery again

Flash 3minit mod(If you're flashing the paid version, download 3Minit battery Settings(paid version) from Play store)Flashing this is optional.

Flash Settings_Icon_Test.zip if you want sense look alike settings icons.

Note - First boot might take some time, so sit back and relax. It's worth the time. The reason i haven't made a full rom zip is because some people don't want all the mods. So flash whatever mods you like. And the updates will be like this only, in form of small update zips because i thing it is a waste to make you download 800mb-900mb of ROM everytime. Just remember to follow the sequence above and you'll end up with the same look as in the screenshots. Enjoy Sense and the smoothness of this ROM.
